Help CentreYou can email us anytime at su.advice@northumbria.ac.uk. Our working hours are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. We are based in the Students' Union building at City Campus in Newcastle. Most of our advice is provided through emails, but if you would like an appointment please see our information below.
You can request an appointment to discuss your case further by emailing us (su.advice@northumbria.ac.uk) or visiting our Welcome Desk on the ground floor in the Students' Union building, at City Campus at Newcastle. If we have the availability, you do not need to pre-arrange and you can visit us during our working hours. Once you have a case open with us, appointments would then need to be pre-arranged.
We also offer telephone and MS Teams appointments. If you are a London Campus student all appointments would need to be through telephone or MS Teams.
